Return & Refund Policy – Stone & Decor
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping or delivery will be the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made or special-order products. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to come to our store and ask to exchange your panel with another color. Please make sure to notify us prior to your visit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
